Born in London, England, Matthew Fletcher has called Costa Mesa home for the last 34 years. A graduate of Newport Harbor High School and UC Berkeley, Matthew traveled and worked in advertising and talent management before settling down in Costa Mesa’s vibrant west side. Matthew assisted many homeowners complete a short sale during the latest market correction, and takes great pleasure helping first time buyers take their first step on the property ladder, no matter how low or high they start.  A passion for mid-century architecture and preserving Orange County’s heritage finds Matthew showing a Cliff May Rancho in Long Beach, an Eichler in Orange, and an historic home in Santa Ana’s Floral Park.
