Casa 225, 227, and 223 have portable AC units when needed (possibly a week or so in August) plus plenty of fans. Temps are mild all year in Newport Beach...AC is generally not required.

Casa de Balboa Newport Beach Vacation Rentals are a collection of owned and family managed, beautifully updated, beachfront duplex properties (The Casa’s) located in one prime location with the best views in Newport Beach for our beachfront Casa's. Our new Casita's are located in back of the Casa's on 20th St. with an excellent location. Although no views, they are a quick 2 minute stroll to both beaches, restaurants, and stores. The upper unit has peek-a-boo views at the end of the deck.
 

The peninsula is divided by one road with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. The Casa's at Newport Beach Vacation Rentals are bay beachfront properties at Marina Park in a quiet family area with easy ocean access. This gentle beach can be as short as a 30ft walk. Turn to your right ..you can see the lifeguard stand for the ocean too! It's literally a two-three minute walk (across one street..using crosswalk). Because the ocean water is closest to the boardwalk here, it's often easier to access from our location than many ocean front homes due to the width of the beach.. making us the perfect location for kids and adults of all ages. Perfect for family reunions. 

Those of you with small children will be thrilled with the state of the art childrens play park on our beach including a second floor squiggly slide from the red and white light house. After play, experience a delightful lunch at the Light House Cafe at the end of our beach (serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

We're handy to all the restaurants and shops starting around the corner on the main blvd and ocean. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and electric boats, around the corner too. They will deliver the boards and kayaks in front of the Casa's. No schlepping.

 

We accept most breeds of small to medium dogs (NO CATS sorry) in both the Casa's and the Casita's (new this year). Prior approval of breed is required, as well as a signed Pet Addendum, and payment of pet fee. 
 

We are THE place for celebration and festivities ALL YEAR. Our Newport Beach Vacation Rentals Casa's are on a turning basin allowing premium boat watching. The 4th of July Old Glory Boat Parade, and the famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade turns in front and can be viewed coming and going. You wont have to leave the comfort of your Casa to view the 4th of July Fireworks either. The first night of the Christmas Boat parade (Wednesday night) there are Food Vendors, Music, and Activities at the end of our beach and fireworks at the main pier a couple of blocks away.

Don't forget weddings!! Your wedding and reception can be held on our our beach at the Marina Park venue with gorgeous views and beautiful spaces. 

Check out our new air conditioned Casita’s. They are located in back of the Casa’s, limited or no view, are beautifully decorated in modern beach house, private, and have spacious outdoors.
